We’re Writing For The NAA APTly Spoken Blog

In 2013, I launched a blog series that included a blog for The Apartment Boutique, a companion blog to what I write for Corporate Specialties. And within just a few months, the National Apartment Association (NAA) has taken notice and invited me to contribute monthly to its APTly Spoken blog. APTly Spoken features both NAA staff- and member-written blogs that address the multi-family industry’s most pertinent subjects and offer specific advice from the front lines.

APTly-Spoken-Blog-BorderSince I’m one of the few promotional products professionals who specialize in serving the marketing needs of the multi-family market, the goal of my APTly Spoken content is to help individual apartment communities as well as parent property management firms market themselves better and smarter using branded merchandise. Whether the reader is from a large property management firm looking for innovative ways to brand its business or an individual apartment community looking for marketing support from someone who understands the multi-family industry, I want to help busy multi-family professionals who need to increase the visibility of their properties. Promotional products can be used in so many creative ways—building the community brand, boosting prospective resident traffic, growing referrals and increasing retention, just to name a few. By writing concise articles packed with real-world tips that can be easily implemented, I hope to be able to reach that goal.

So check out APTly Spoken at http://www.naahq.org/blog and let me know what you think. If you like what you read, share the articles socially and feel free to mention @ApartmentBoutiq on Twitter or tag TheApartmentBoutique on Facebook. And if you have questions about a past article or a topic you’d like to suggest for a future post, you can always drop me a line. Thanks for reading!
